Guaranteed Service Program
Impress a new customer, close a new deal, overcome difficulties with current non-compliance fines—book your next shipment guaranteed and we’ll guarantee your product arrives as promised! If we miss the appointment you receive your freight charges back. Guaranteed service is available to all domestic direct service points and select secondary points. Pickup calls must be received by 12 pm, and freight must be available by 2 pm.
Non-compliance Guarantee
Delivery infractions are a thing of the past! Take advantage of our Guaranteed Service Program specifically for shipments to facilities with formal non-compliance penalties on carrier created infractions. In addition to freight charges, we’ll reimburse carrier incurred non-compliance penalties to a maximum of $1000 per purchase order.
Shipments destined to S.C.M. (Wal-Mart distribution centre) locations must be provided to us 48 hours in advance of Purchase Order expiry. Meyers Transportation Services must book the appointment on freight destined to S.C.M. locations.
